What we collect and why
Server logs
Our hosting provider records the IP address, time, requested page, referrer and browser type of every request for security and to keep the site running. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR article 6(1)(f)). Retention: up to 30 days.
Advertising measurement (only with your consent)
We use the Microsoft Advertising Universal Event Tracking (UET) tag to measure which Bing ads bring visitors here and whether they click through to an operator. The tag sets cookies (see the cookie policy) and sends your IP address, page URL and a click identifier (msclkid) to Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd, which may transfer it to Microsoft Corporation in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The tag only loads after you click "Accept" in the cookie notice. Legal basis: consent (article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time through "Cookie settings" in the footer.
Outbound links
When you click a "Play now" link we pass a non-personal click reference to the operator so the operator can attribute your sign-up to us. Once on the operator's site, the operator's privacy policy applies.
If you email us we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to answer you and for up to 12 months afterwards. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
What we do not do
We do not run accounts, newsletters or contact forms, we do not sell personal data, and we do not use profiling or automated decision-making.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction of, deletion of or restriction of your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interest, ask for portability and withdraw consent. Email hello@imirt.co. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland, 6 Pembroke Row, Dublin 2, dataprotection.ie, or to the controller's supervisory authority, the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija), dvi.gov.lv.
Children
This site is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
